Edward was awesome! He is a busy man but was able to fit us in his schedule for our toilet needs. He was very polite and his service was done in a timely manner and was very professional. If ever needed, we wouldn’t hesitate to call him again. Overall, extremely satisfied with his work and we are very happy and will recommend him to our friends and family!

Totally would recommend Edward!!! In every aspect he is Professional and Knowledgeable, he takes pride in his work. He replaced 3 VERY old bathroom sink fixtures and one kitchen sink fixture. He didn’t cut any corners it all looks fantastic! We are going back to him for our water heater that we are pretty sure is on its last leg.The Eleys

Edward was very responsive and was able to get the brand of water heater I requested, as Lowe's/ Home Depot don't carry it. He was out THE NEXT DAY for installation. Edward is very customer service oriented and so nice to speak with. He does very nice work and said to follow up with him if I needed anything. What a GREAT experience all the way around! I had a leak in my outside faucet, Edward came over and took a look at it, he had a twist the whole thing off, but had the right tools to get the job done, right. Edward was very informative of his job, and explained why things went wrong, and how I could fix them in the future. I would definitely use Casanova plumbing again!! I highly recommend them!!

Edward came to replace our 18-year old water heater on the same day it went out. He pulled the permits from the city and brought everything up to code. He is very good and had a more than fair price. I recommend him.

Edward at Casanova Plumbing is the company to call. For all your plumbing needs. I have used Casanova twice for plumbing issues. The first time was for a leaking main water line into the house that was leaking in my flower bed. I found the leak and was trying to do it myself. Well I was not able to repairs the leak. I found Edward at Casanova through a neighbor who used him. I called him he showed up thirty minutes after I told him my problem.He repaired the pipe with in 15 minutes. Using the latest new plumbing technique. I was so happy to have the problem fixed.The latest repairs was a electric hot water heater. I called told Edward what I needed. He asked me to take a few pictures of the heater and the area. The heater was not leaking or having any problem. But the heater was installed in 2004 it’s 2022 the heater was 18 years old. He called me back in a hour. With a quote I was very happy with. Along with all the upgrades I needed. Because it was not up to code being so old of a install.Edward was on time to do the removal and replacement. He has all the necessary tools and equipment to do the job all by himself.He did the job very timely and kept the area clean. Me and my wife are very happy. We will only use Casanova Pluming. Incredible service. Called late at night and left voicemail. Texted indicating would come the following day. Texted before arrived. Repaired two leaking toilets quickly and cleaned up afterwards. Very impressed with Edward's customer service and plumbing service. Will work with him again in the future.

Casanova plumbing installed a hot water heater for me a few years ago and I recently had him evaluate some work done by a disreputable plumber. I made a huge mistake by not calling Casanova first. He is honest, does great work, is fairly priced and he is the most recommended plumber on all our neighborhood social media. I have a lot of original plumbing that needs replaced or repaired so you better call him now before I get him over here. 😉

Mr Casanova was very nice and professional on the phone, explained everything so there was no surprises and came on a Saturday for my grandma who's toilets all decided not to work. His team that came out was very professional and explained things as well. Will definitely be calling them if needed again.

Ed from Casanova Plumbing runs his own little plumbing business in the Oak Point, Crossroads, Little Elm (+) area. Ed just pulled my hindquarters out of a serious plumbing problem, and I am very, very grateful for his excellent work in doing so. Thanks!I had a significant leak that would not stop. I called numerous plumbers who were all very kind but couldn't fit me in for repair for 3 days. I called Ed, explained my situation, and he agreed to tag me onto the end of his long work day, same day service, after his other jobs were done.My broken pipe presented a couple of unusual challenges, but he came up with a real cool solution and he was done in just under an hour. The price was reasonable.Ed is a kind man and does all his own work. He specializes in his home area. He is obviously knowledgeable and experienced, based on my observation of how he solved my problem. Anyone who lives nearby, I give my highest recommendation.P.S: I love his signature tag painted on the bottom corner of his van - "I am your huckleberry": In the Old West that meant you were game, up for anything. According to Urbandictionary.com “I'm your huckleberry” is the rough equivalent of saying “I'm the man you're looking for.” Also ... a favorite quote from one of my favorite movies - Tombstone - spoken by Doc Holliday.

Edward was awesome! Very responsive, came right away to address my issue. He needed to get some additional parts but made that things were patched up and ready to go prior going to get the parts. Our pressure reducing valve broke suddenly, leaving us with almost zero water pressure. Casanova Plumbing arrived within an hour of my call to them, gave me a very fair quote, drove and picked up the part that was needed, and repaired my issue. All same day before lunchtime. I highly recommend them. Courteous, punctual, fair, and professional.

Casanova plumbing is fabulous. I called them late in the day (5pm) when I found my water heater had been leaking and water was seeping through my walls. He was there in 30 minutes and resolved the issue for the night. He came back the next day to install a new water heater and took care of everything quickly and efficiently. I could not have been more pleased with his quick response and professionalism. If you need a plumber, Casanova plumbing is wonderful and reasonably priced. Thanks to Ed for all he did for me!
