I started in the Plumbing business in 1993, in Plainview, TX. I first started working in a retail store helping customers and learning about all the parts involved. It was a great experience because it taught me all the different types of fittings and materials used. I worked retail for 1 year and got hired on by a local plumbing company who was looking for a helper. I started as an apprentice and worked my way up to a master plumber. My employer was ready to retire, and he sold me his equipment and I took over the company from him. I started my business of Casanova Plumbing in August of 2000. I stayed in Plainview, and continued to work for the customers from previous as well as getting my own new customers. I loved it being in a small town and working all over the area and surrounding towns. I repaired and replaced sewer lines, gas lines, and water lines. I also installed water heaters and appliances and plumbing fixtures. I did some new home plumbing construction, but mostly my preference was in service and repairs. I also did lots of kitchen and bathroom remodels with several of the local contractors in the area. I enjoyed all the small town customers and being able to provide my services to them.
In 2013, I made the decision to move to the Denton area. It was a very hard decision to make. Plainview was not growing, and about 3000 people in the area and my customers lost their job when a major employer closed their doors. Lots of my customers lost their jobs as well as other people. It was a big loss to the economy and the town. I sold my house and property and moved to the Denton area. I started working here in 2014 for another company. I worked with them for 4 years, and learned a lot from this area. It was a major change, making the move and working for someone else. I made new friends and learned a lot from them. I was also doing my own work after hours and weekends. People were calling me for repairs and service work. I realized the potential for my own company and decided to start full time on my own again. So, in March of 2017, I started my business in this area. I mostly do service and repair work, but no new construction. I am still doing some small kitchen and bathroom remodels with several local contractors. My specialty is service and repairs.
I love what I do and hope to continue to make a difference in peoples lives in this area. I am licensed and insured and registered with most cities as a plumbing contractor.
